(Stupid question. Sorry) Arkady cloaks and attempts to sneak into the power cable room.

Arkady cloaks and then sneaks into the power room. He has no trouble getting by the workers unnoticed.
The power room is basically just a niche room off to the side filled with power generators, cables, and a bunch of other large equipment. At the end of the room is a large, blue cable that is the thickness of a man's head. It pokes through the rock and appears to be part of the crashed ship. Arkady quickly identifies the one generator sucking power from the wreckage's cable.
Arkady can simply switch off the generator or he can attempt to destroy it, but it looks like they have a couple back-up generators sitting nearby.

What about cables? Do cables from the generators converge on one point?

Yes, they are spliced into the fat cable, but there is only one. One generator is currently in operation. The others are just back-ups and aren't currently powered.

(Yes, but if I can take out the main cable, they can't get the backups to power up. I am making sense, yes?)

(You mean destroy the main line they're leeching power from? Yes, you can destroy that, but damn is that a lot of power. You can't just go sticking a knife into something like that)

Making sure to stealthily close the door, if he didn't close it behind him. Arkady takes up position to shoot the main cable. He comms the team. "Romanov to shuttle. About to blow main cable. Observe what it does to the base from your position, then rejoin me as likely my position will be fucking comprimised. Requesting radio silence until you near my position. Romanov out." He takes the shot, then takes cover behind a generator. Reloads the rifle and waits for someone to reach the door. When the door starts to open, he cloaks and tries a headshot.

Arkady fires on the major cable. The bullet blasts a clean hole through the thick cable and electricity begins to jump all over the place. He quickly backs away from the damaged cable and takes cover behind one of the generators. Lights begin to flicker within the room.
Looks like the power is still running, but there is definitely something wrong with the lights. As he watches the two workers begin looking around in confusion, he reports to McDade.
"I'm seeing lots of flashing lights, and a couple turrets seem to be on the fritz, but it doesn't look like you've knocked out the power," McDade replies. "But whatever you did, it's the right idea. Just keep at it and we'll be right there."
"What's up with the lights?" one of the workers ask.
"Must have blown another generator. I'll go check it out," the other replies. This worker proceeds to enter the generator room.
Arkady blows the engineer's head clean off. He collapses to the ground.
"Holy crap!" the other worker shouts. He quickly reaches for his gun, but he doesn't seem to have spotted Arkady.
The armored guy runs into the room with his rifle raised. "The hell is going on here?" the armored guy shouts.

At the exact moment Arkady fires, armored dude spins away from the table. Arkady ends up striking the other worker in the chest (-2 HP) and that guy falls on his ass. The armored man immediately ducks into cover behind the table and starts working on flipping it around. The table looks pretty sturdy.
"Intruder in scraproom! Need back-up!" the man yells.
EXPERIMENTAL SYSTEM IN PLAY: DOUBLE SHOT
Guns are simply faster than bows and crossbows. When a gun user does nothing else in a round except shoot, they can shoot TWICE PER ROUND! You better utilize cover effectively to combat this.
And just a reminder on the cover rules: negative factor on significant cover (think half cover), and an outright penalty on near complete cover (you can just see the target's face or something). Anything more than that is not possible, but guns can pierce some materials.

"Best get that asari ass here as quick as you can Lisben, I'm expecting more of our illegal squatters." Arkady says, as he switches to his smg. He shoots the armoured guy.

(Just a fair warning: you know how enemies in Mass Effect games never use powers like Overload, Pull, and the like on you? Yeah, that's not going to be the case here)
"We've just landed! You will just have to hold out," Lisben replies through the comm. Arkady switches out his weapons while the injured worker crawls away. The armored pirate pokes his head over the table, but he doesn't seem to see Arkady yet. He continues pushing the table for added cover. This gives Arkady time to grab his SMG and fire on the armored merc. While he does deliver a hail of gunfire unto the man's exposed legs, only one of the bullets pierce the man's armor (Rolls of 3, 3, 3, and 1; First grouping deals 2 HP, but against DR 1; second grouping only deals 1 HP damage; note that was a double shot because all you did was shoot from behind cover) The mercenary quickly dives more fully behind the table. Arkady now watches as the table is pushed closer to his little room sans the man pushing it (complete cover). It's now within a few feet of the generator room's portal. *Worker: -2 HP *Mercenary: -1 HP COMM STRENGTH: NORMAL ARKADY TAC SSS (L.Armor 1) HHHH

Arkady puts a few more shots into the main cable. Only one shot hits, but it's still not enough to completely sever the cable, and now there is enough electricity skipping around he can't get close to it. The table finally reaches the entrance to the side room, but it's too large to fit through and bangs up against the aluminum frame with a clang. When this happens, the armored merc stands up and fires on Arkady. Most of the bullets hammer into the generator Arkady is using as cover, but one catches him in the arm. His shield deflects the bullet (-1 HP shield). The pirate suddenly glances at an object within the currently active generator. This draw's Arkady's attention. It's a battery mounted within the active generator. These batteries can be used to restore shields and power devices and can often be recharged in generators, or they can be shot to create quite the blast... And Arkady is in a small room with one. And the pirate knows it. COMM STRENGTH: NORMAL ARKADY TAC SS- (L.Armor 1) HHHH

Arkady digs his boots into the ground and lunges at the generator he is currently using for cover. He pushes with all his might, but he's not that strong, so the generator moves slowly (Strength Failure on 1). As expected, the pirate pops out from behind the table and begins firing on the charged battery. One of his shot nail the battery, but it's not quite enough to blow it. Arcs of electricity begin dancing all over the place. It's a good thing Arkady's shield recharged a bit because when he gets his generator in place to block the battery, the arcing waves of electricity zap him (-2 shield HP; tech damage always Crits. shields). Better than triggering an explosion though. So now there is a generator blocking the active battery. There is one other generator he can use for cover on the other side of the small room (he can't stay on this side because now there is electricity dancing all over the place), although he'd have to run over to it. If he's quick enough, he may reach it before the pirate gets another shot off. Or you might have a different idea in mind. COMM STRENGTH: NORMAL ARKADY TAC S-- (L.Armor 1) HHHH

Shield regenerates 1 HP. This shield always regenerates 1 shield HP per round. Arkady cloaks and runs for the one generator that isn't currently being zapped. Unfortunately, at this range it's not too difficult for a person to spot a cloaked target, so the pirate immediately fires at him; however, the cloak must have helped somewhat because he doesn't land a single shot. Bullets dog Arkady's feet while he fires back on the run. His shots sail wide (because you moved, you can only fire once this round; also, haven't decided on cooldowns yet, but for the most part, you can't use a power in the round after it was used). Arkady settles behind the generator while his cloak breaks ('cause it breaks after firing; I'm just gonna stick with ME rules for details like that). "Got an intruder, sir!" the pirate said suddenly. "No, he's holed up. What? I'm not going to...! Yes, fine, but you're paying me double." The pirate suddenly leaps over the table and charges Arkady.
