Since the Savage Tide will be moving here shortly, I thought I would go ahead and start this thread.

Because we're now finding magical items on a more consistent basis, we should begin creating a "preferred bonus" list so there is little argument over who should get what item.
Kit pretty much needs every bonus, but CHA and WIS aren't that important to him. DEX and CON are the two scores he absolutely must have. INT is important too, but I don't think anyone else needs INT.
Other items that grant AC or improve health would be handy too, and I guess Kit should get anything that improves archery since he has been using his bow a lot lately.

Lia also uses a bow, so archery would be nice. She also uses INT until she can reach her prestige class. CHA and WIS are her main concerns, especially WIS.

Oh yeah, Lia has wizard levels. Okay, before we go any further, we'll set CON aside. Everyone needs CON, so there is no point arguing over that score. One nice thing about D&D. Unlike WoW, we can give our magic items to other party members if we don't need them anymore.

Dex, obviously, and Wis for Ki charges and added AC.

I had sent keno an email about this, but I figured I throw this up here too.
Right now, I'm looking at doing a Radiant Servant of Pelor. That'll give us some more healing power and they seem like they can really stick it to the undead also.
I think I brought this up last time Illyria was close to death, but if anyone has any new thoughts let me know.

Considering the trend we have of undead, I think this is a good move. We also could use more healing. Lia's been moving more into offensive magic, since we don't have anyone really doing that either. We can't live off wands forever. ^^

I remember something about a wizard, but I forgot about the servant of pelor.
I was thinking about making Kit more sneaky anyway. I was trying to make him a nasty flank-attacker for Gandt, but it seems like every time he has the chance to do so, there are 10 other monsters to worry about.

Should I start with a level 7 or 8 character?
I ask, because most are awfully close to 8 and I imagine in the next encounter or two most are going to level again.

Level 7, sorry.

You've made a (not so) powerful enemy this day, sir.
The next few days might be pretty busy for me, so I'll try to throw something up by the end of the week.
I've got which domains and everything I want so it shouldn't be too hard.
And 16,000 is the starting gold for lv. 7, right?
And scores! I need scores, unless you just want to do the 4d6 thingy.

Not to be Mr. Greedy Pants, but will Kit be using that Cloak of Charisma +2?
Having a higher Charisma will help with turning checks and getting that will save me 4,000 gp.

*Nope. Lia did.

It's not a big deal.
I just saw it was unused on Kit's sheet so I thought I would snag it if no one was using it.

Meh, go ahead. I don't think a +1 bonus to Diplomacy and Bluff checks is worth giving up my next claim on a magical item. Course, you'll have to convince Lia to part with it.

Well, there are things I could 'fix' if Lia passed on, but I do want her to live on... hmm.

I've corrected the sheets with regard to the cloak of charisma. Keep in mind that bebop's new character can't have it until he meets up with the group, and Lia gives it to him, if she even does so.

Again, not a huge deal at all. What with the four extra turning attempts I get from the Extra Turning feat, the Extra Greater Turning, the Glory domain (that I will probably pick up at Lv. 5) that grants bonuses to to turning check rolls and damage rolls....I'll do plenty fine without it, trust me.

And don't forget Extend Spell. You gotta be useful to the group when we're not fighting undead.

Well I know they get empower spell and maximize spell for all healing domain spells, without using up higher spell slots.
But thank you for pointing that out, I was trying to figure out my other feats besides Extra Turning. Extend Spell will definitely help when I cast Prayer, Recitation, and all those other lovely spells

I'm just looking forward to extended Shield spells on Kit. Most of those early buffs are too short in duration to be useful, but Extend Spell makes them kickass. ;D
Gee, this little issue sure got a lot of posts, eh?

I'm going to try to have my character up by tonight or tomorrow night.
I realize there may not be a rush, but I'll be busy on and off until around next Wednesday, so I don't want to put it off.
