You're gonna scream when you find out how they revealed him. Here's a hint: they also revealed Robin's parents in the same episode.
And the worst thing about Barbara: Gordan gets a new love interest ('cause he's convinced Barbara is gone for good), and this new girl is WAY better than her. She's fun, she's witty, she knows how to crack the right joke about police work without sounding cold, and she's not a selfish b*tch. Why is that bad? Because you know Gordan will get back with Barbara at some point.
There are a lot of good things that happen though (as usual involving Penguin-there is this hilarious scene where Riddler gets stuck in a room with him-and Fish gets the snot beaten out of her), but it looks like they're starting to fall back on old habits.

The thing is, even in the comics, that marriage is doomed. Fish gets beaten up? Details man!

Nah, I don't want to spoil it for you. The episodes leading up to it are great.

So Gotham finally gets an episode where Harvey Dent gets a good bit of screen time, but all it does is make him look like a wimp as well as an idiot, Fish gets mutilated, and we also get a good dose of Penguin. The final scene with him is awesome.

Only counts if it's fatal. Gordon is an IDIOT if he gives up Leslie for the trainwreck Barbara. The relationship is going to be doomed by canon though. Icing on the cake is that Leslie is being played by Morena Baccarin. Liked Julian Sands as the Scarecrow's dad. He really does good villains.

Didn't see, but it's in a good spot: rifle shot to the kidney, and she is the only one capable of flying that helicopter.
Yeah, Tomkins is way better than Barbara.

Barbara is getting downright strange now. Was she ever a villain of some kind? They're practically giving her a villain's backstory.

Depending on the writer she can be fairly horrible, abandoning Gordon and the kids. His affair with Essen didn't help. Only villain in the Gordon family is his son, James Junior. JJ becomes a serial killer and an opponent of Batgirl, who he knows is his sister. Perhaps they've picked up on the fact the fans don't like her?

Confirmed: Gotham's Barbara is one royally screwed up b*tch. Also, Leslie scores a few badass points.
Confirmed: Jada Pinkett Smith is leaving the show; however, that does not necessarily mean Fish is gone.
Confirmed: that whole deal with the circus is, indeed, part of the Joker's origin story, but they don't want to reveal him just yet. Granted, that whole "just because he looks and acts like the Joker doesn't mean he is the joker" spiel that Warner Bros. gave us sounds a lot like the sort of thing I say when I'm trying to be cagey. So, yeah, he's probably the Joker.

I'll be honest. Not surprised she turned out nutty. Fish I think is one of the examples of what is bad about Gotham. I stopped caring about her a loooooooong time ago. I think she's only there because the show needed someone to get rid of. Because let us face it, we all know the main people from Batman are going to survive.

The funny thing is, after what Barbara TRIED to do, there is NO WAY Gordan will get back with her.

Really, Leslie deserves stupid points for putting herself in that situation. A: She's a coroner now, not a grief counsellor. Though she is qualified for that. B: It's her boyfriend's ex. Not only is that unwise, I'm sure it's not professional.

I think she was doing it for Gordan more than anything. Still, Leslie get badass points for beating the crap out of Barbara. I blame the Gotham writers for putting her in that situation, but at least they're acquiesing to fan demands.

If that was the case, Fish's fate would be clear, and no possibilty of her return. She's had more lives than Catwoman. Even her stupid nickname was a pun(Penguins being a natural predator of fish). As for Batgirl, it looks like they could be going down the route of being Jim's niece(as it was in the comics, before DC changed it to daughter). I really think that Erin Richards was cast as Barbara Keane, solely for her look rather than acting ability. Well it may not be the case but it certainly feels that way.

Well, they were willing to cast Smith purely for the star power, so why not? Thankfully, she chose to leave when she realized how much she was disliked (or so I assume).

I think their big mistake with her was to make her part of the main cast, rather than just recurring. Her story line could have been wrapped up so much quicker. If they don't get Morena Baccarin promoted to main cast, then the producers are idiots. Her Leslie has been delightful, and can usually make me smile. They seemed to have dropped Montoya and Allen. Nobody seemed to have cared.

Butch? Yes I liked him too. Gordon, I think owes Ivy a huge favour. If she hadn't pretended to be his girlfriend on the phone to Barbara, Barbara might have pulled him back in.

Well, they're definitely filming Suicide Squad in Toronto. My sister literally ran into Will Smith, and today people actually saw the Batmobile chase The Joker's pink car through the city's streets.

I dunno. She didn't say, but she works in bars and coffee shops, so she oftne runs into them. She had quite an encounter with Kevin Bacon.

My sister said it's difficult to be star struck when you watch the actor playing Harley Quinn get a wicked wedgie and has to spend the next hour messing with her shorts while Will Smith slumps against a foam wall from the heat and wonders why there are no Dunkin' Donuts in Canada.

I used to like Kevin Bacon until he did an annoying set of ads over here for a mobile. I presume Canada still has generous tax breaks for film and tv production? I must say I was pleasantly surprised they're making Sucide Squad.

I dunno about tax breaks. I just assumed it was because of the weaker Canadian dollar. When our dollar was worth more than theirs, we stopped seeing so many movies being filmed here.
Yeah, he was pretty obnoxious to my sister. She didn't immediately recognize him, so he asked for a "bacon sandwich", "make sure you include the bacon", "don't forget the bacon" and my sister eventually said "Yes! I'll get your stupid bacon!".
And that's when she noticed.

I always thought that Canada gave tax breaks, though the strength of the respective dollars makes sense too. Rewatched the Gotham finale. Okay Leslie was much more reluctant to take Barbara on as a patient than I remembered. I'm going to chalk that one down to me more looking at Morena Baccarin, than paying actual attention to what her character was saying.

Ah the Killing Joke. Many consider this one-shot to be a classic. I think I found it more flawed, but it does provide another possible origin for Joker. You could argue it's a more important title for Batgirl than Batman Alan Moore(the writer), has gone on record saying retropectively he's unhappy how the comic turned out.

So I saw something whilst shopping that made me doubletake. A Batman and Scooby Doo crossover DVD. It looked dreadful.
